INDIVIDUAL SSERVICE CONTRACT FORECAST. Programme – IPA (EuropeAid/128599/D/SER/HR). Contract description: This project will provide technical assistance to the Operating Structure bodies in order to enhance their capacity for management of the Environmental Protection Operational Programme 2007 – 2009 (EPOP), overall management of projects and assessment of major project applications. Indicative budget: EUR 750.000. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: August 2009.
