India : COMMERCIAL COMPLEXES
Orris Infrastructure is planning to construct 3 commercial complexes in Gurgaon near Delhi. The project details are given below:
Oriss Business Square: The project is located near sector 82 A and is to be spread over an area of 9.5 acres. The complex is exclusively for retail & office spaces. Ajit Shangari Consultants, Delhi has been appointed as the consultant architect. Work on the project is expected to begin in the next 4 months and is scheduled to be completed in 3 years. Plans are also on the anvil to construct a commercial complex at sector 88 (50 acres) and is to be implemented in JV with DLF Group. Meanwhile, the company is constructing a complex christened as “Floreal Tower” near sector 83 and is to be spread over an area of 14 acres. The complex is to have 3 towers of 11 floors each. Work on the project is underway for 1 tower and is scheduled to be completed in 18 months. The remaining 2 towers will be implemented in the near future
