- non-transferable bid documents containing description of the machines

required as also other terms & conditions may be had from the office of controller of stores against payment of cost either in cash or by crossed demand draft payable to financial adviser and chief accounts officer, cofmow, new delhi.

- if the tenderer is downloading tender documents from the website, should deposit the cost of tender documents separately (in addition to earnest money) in the envelope containing the technical offer in the form of an other demand draft payable to financial adviser and chief accounts officer, cofmow, new delhi, failing which offer is liable to be summarily rejected

- bidders will be required to furnish a bid guarantee for the amount of indian rs. 7,00,000/- for each tender. any tender not accompanied by earnest mondey in one of the approved forms given in the bid documents part 1 shall be summarily rejected or seek exemption under section 1 of bid document.

- keep offers open for 150 days (180 days for two packet system) from the date of opening of bid.

- furnish contract performance guarantee bonds for 10% of the contract value in the event of a contract being awarded to them.
