Lybia : DRILLING FLUID and SOLID CONTROL EQUIPMENT

Gazprom Libya requires the following work: the companies will provide the Drilling Fluids, services and staff time required for the drilling of 3 companies and three optional wells in Block A19 (maximum depth of 4500 feet), and provision of Solids Control Equipment and Services (Hi G Centrifuge and Dryer) and Cuttings Management.

To this end we ask interested parties to submit the information required to select companies with the necessary requirements to receive the documentation to participate. The documentation we will send to the submission of tenders within the tender. All companies specialized in the provision of such services, according to the highest standards of efficiency and safety are invited to notify their interest in receiving the documents referred to above, by sending the following information:

Basic requirements.

- The firm must be currently registered in Libya or have intention to register in order to conduct business in accordance with the requirements of the Libyan law.

- The company must provide a financial statement audits for the past three years.

- Demonstrations of a real and documented familiarity with modern HSE practice and quality.

- The company must have a staff of international experience, modern equipment and the necessary design softwares fluids. Experience in similar projects in deep water is another key requirement.

Required Information

  1. Full name of the company and details relating to registration of the company.
  2. Full name and details on the registration of Libyan partner (if present).
  3. Address and contact name must be sent in the documentation for participation in the bid.
       
  4. Details regarding the property / corporate organization and its Libyan partner (if present).
       
  5. Details about govenment shares in the company
       
  6. Mention the names of the majority shareholders of the company and their percentage of equity interest.
       
  7. Names of subsidiary companies, affiliates and parent companies.
       
  8. Schematic of the relationship between the companies.
       
  9. Nature of the relationship between the firm and the Libyan partner (if present), ie unincorporated joint venture, incorporated joint ventures, etc.., Including the date of beginning of the relationship.
      
  10. A brief description of similar work done by the company over the past five years, along with a list of customers
