Project Contents: As a kind of new-style high tech material, organic silicon is applied widely in such fields as electron, electric appliance, avigation, spaceflight, architecture, textile, medicine, chemical and so on, therefore, it has become necessary new material in national economic development and improvement of people’s life. Preparation of organic silicon product needs many monomers of organic silicon, in which the dosage of methylchloro silane monomer accounts for above 90% and the dosage of dimethyl dichloro silane in methylchloro silane monomer is the most, accounting for 80%, in addition, phenyl dichlorosilane monomer, ethylene dichlorosilane monomer, etc. are included. Organic dichlorosilane monomer is the foundation of organic silicon products and most organic silicon polymer is polysiloxane made of dimethyl dichloro silane. The designed production scale of the project is 100,000t/y, and matching silicon powder and methyl chloride composes of production equipment. The product is the compounded DMC. The construction period of the project is two years.

It is forecast that in 2010, the consumption of national organic silicon monomer will reach one million-1.25 million tons and in 2015, it will reach 1.75 million -2.00 million or so.
