I. Project Name Technical Innovation Project of AMT Production Line

III. Project Description The project is planned to reconstruct the existing workshop and purchase AMT transmission and the key parts of operating system of processing center, computer circuit board and electronic equipments and 500,000 sets of numeral controlled equipped. It is planned to build a production line which can produce 100,000 sets ATM products for 3-5 kinds of car. The feasibility Study Report was completed. The sample cart has passed the 12000km test by car division of State Development and Planning Commission.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form Total investment of the project is RMB 42 million including circulation capital of RMB 12.4 million. Cooperation form: joint venture, cooperation, stock participation or compensation trade.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return After the project is completed, the annual sales income about RMB 300 million and profit of RMB 37.59 million will be realized. www.chinabidding.org
