CROATIA: SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT ROADS

INDIVIDUAL SUPPLY CONTRACT FORECAST. Programme – IPA (EuropeAid/128572/D/SER/HR).
Contract description: Main purpose of the project is the procurement of the equipment which will enable a more efficient functioning of the roadside inspection system and checking of compliance with social conditions in road transport.
The procurement is envisaged to cover the vehicles for transport control including mobile control units, tachograph reading devices, portable devices for testing smoke and exhaust emissions as well as hardware and software support for transport safety control. Indicative number and titles of Lots: LOT 1 - Vehicles for road transport control; LOT 2 - Reading devices and software for tachograph control; LOT 3 - ICT Equipment for General Inspectorate of Transport (Road transport inspectorate); LOT 4 - Tachograph testing device and speed limiters

LOT 5 – Mobile control units for technical inspections of commercial vehicles. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: July 2009.

COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF THE POLISH DEBT-FOR-ENVIRONMENT SWAP PROGRAM.
 

The EcoFund Foundation hereby invites declarations of interest in participating in proceedings targeting the comprehensive evaluation of the Polish debt-for-environment swap program. The program, with a budget of USD 573 million, was initiated in 1992 following decisions of the Paris Club in the field of restructuring and reorganizing Poland’s foreign debts, and shall close in 2010.

All parties declaring their interest in proceedings shall present the following:

1) A letter of intent, with the contact person(s) quoted,

2) Documents to prove extensive experience in environmental protection program evaluation (list of programs, program budgets, references),

3) A team with at least one foreign expert, or a team with at least one Polish expert, in case of Polish or foreign bidders, respectively.

Declarations of interest, confirmation of all requirements as listed included, shall be delivered in the Polish and English languages to the EcoFund Foundation, at Bracka 4, 00-502 Warszawa, no later than by July 3rd 2009. Electronic format documents shall be recognized as acceptable (kancelaria@ekofundusz.org.pl) when conforming to original copies to be delivered by regular mail. Only entities selected at this stage of proceedings shall be invited to participate in negotiations and to submit their bid. The EcoFund hereby reserves the right to withdraw from proceedings at any stage thereof, with no obligation to disclose the reason.

CROATIA : MONITORING DEPENDENCE AND VULNERABILITY OF ENERGY SUPPLY SYSTEM WITH THE SCOPE ON SECURITY

Contract description: The aim of the contract is development of the tailor made monitoring software to be used by Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship for monitoring methodologies, indicators and standards in relation to the security of energy supply. The trainings for the staff will be held. Indicative budget: EUR 1.100.000. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: July 2009.
