The Director General (Contracts) notifies all tenderers that in terms of SL 174.04 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2005 recommendations made by the General Contracts Committee for the award of public contracts will be given publicity in the Department of Contracts’ notice-board every Wednesday and Friday after 12.00 noon.
