Brief Introduction: The project is located in Nanyang city, Henan Province, and includes 4 pipeline lots, 1 company basement, 12 craft stations, 1 off-take valve stations and 15 block valve stations.The gas resources come from “The second line of transmission the natural gas from the west to the east” off-take stations of Kanzhuang, Tanghe County, Nanyang natural gas pipe lines. The planning size of annual transferring gas is 300,000,000 standard cubic meters at sight (the year of 2015) and 1,240,000,000 standard cubic meters after sight (the year 2020). The total pipeline length is 474.8 kilometers, including Tangzhen plot of 74.1 kilometers, Tangxi plot of 199.7 kilometers Tangzhao plot of 145 kilometers and Tangtong plot of 56 kilometers. The total investment is 0.655 billion Yuan.

Sundareswarar Alloy & Stainless Steel a group company of Best & Crompton is to set up an alloy steel manufacturing unit at Seyanoor near Manamadurai in Sivaganga district of TN. The project is to be implemented in 3 phases and phase I entails a capacity of 300,000 TPA at an investment of Rs.7,500 million. Consultants & equipment suppliers have been identified. As of March 2009, the foundation stone for the project has been laid and civil works are expected to commence in June 2009. The phase I is scheduled to be completed in 18 months. The company also proposes to invest Rs.15,000 million in the second & third phases in the next 5 years to 6 years.

Dharani Sugar & Chemicals a part of the PGP Group has reported progress on the sugar mill (3500 TCD) at Kalayanallur in Villupuram district of TN. The project is being implemented at cost of Rs.3,500 million to Rs.4,000 million and it includes a distillery for production of alcohol & budgetary allocation for environment management. As of February 2009, erection of machineries is in progress. The project is expected to be completed by June 2009.

Solar Industries a part of the Nagpur based Solar Explosives is planning to implement an ammonia plant (594,000 TPA) in Chhattisgarh. The project includes a di methyl ether unit (929,000 TPA), a CPP (70 MW) and a coal washery (14,000 TPA). The project will be implemented at an estimated cost of Rs.54,870 million.
